Mike Hale is a marketing strategist, portfolio leader, and global launch executive with more than 25 years of experience across hematology, oncology, commercial strategy, and pharmaceutical brand leadership. He operates at the intersection of commercialization strategy, launch execution, and portfolio growth, helping organizations strengthen go-to-market models, optimize brand performance, and navigate critical development and launch milestones. His experience includes U.S. P&L leadership, global franchise marketing, commercial organizational buildouts, launch readiness, portfolio strategy, and integrated commercial leadership across both emerging and established pharmaceutical brands. Mike has led six product launches and supported commercial strategy for multiple Phase I/II assets, with deep expertise across hematologic malignancies including CLL, LBCL, FL, and multiple myeloma, as well as solid tumor oncology including lung, breast, ovarian, GI, and head and neck cancers. Today, Mike partners with life sciences organizations to accelerate commercialization readiness, strengthen portfolio strategy, and align cross-functional teams around execution that drives measurable business impact across global markets.
